INDUSIND Bank presents IndusPay its Unified Payments Interface(UPI) application that can be used by both INDUSIND and Non-INDUSIND customers.Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a payments system by NPCI which enables all bank account holders (of banks participating in UPI) to send and receive money using their smartphones with a single identifier Virtual Payment Address (VPA). Now there is no need to remember beneficiary details like Account number, IFSC Code etc.A Virtual Payment Address (VPA) is a unique identifier for e.g. yourname@indus which can be linked to account of any bank which is enabled on UPI. I have just now downloaded this. It is saying to update the app. But when I am going to update it and there is no updates. Not able to use the app.
How a private sector bank can have such a app which doesn't work most of the time? SBI Bank has mush better and usable app. This app show "something went wrong" when trying to make any UPI payment and from today morning, App itself is not opening, it's asking to Update the App, but even after updating, it's again asking to update the app. I wonder, how the app gets tested by before releasing a new version to Play Store.
